Julie and Henry were very, very bored. They had nothing to do but listen to the news. Henry turned on the news and switched the channel to listen to breaking news. They heard there is a snake causing damage and destruction in the Crocodile Swamp. Many people tried to stop it, but it has injured them. Some have died on this journey but no one has succeeded.
After they heard about the destruction and damage the snake had caused, they were worried.
“Lets go stop that snake of destruction!” yelled Henry.

“Lets go stop that snake of destruction!” yelled Henry.
“But it's very dangerous. I don’t wanna die or become injured,” said Julie. Henry replied, “Julie, it will be okay. Don’t tell anyone, but I have a super power. it is to talk to animals. Maybe I can convince him to stop.” “Okay, fine I’ll go because you convinced me.”
The arrived at night at Crocodile Swamp. The swamp was very foggy. It was also very cloudy, but the stars shined so brightly, you could see them right through the clouds. It was very dark and scary. The vines swayed in the wind and the flowers were small. They saw lots of fireflies. The noise of the crickets chirping calmed them down. Overall, the scene was beautiful.
The snake started to creep towards them, but Julie turned around and saw the snake.
“AHH!” she screamed. Henry immediately turned around and firmly told the snake,
“STOP!” The snake just hissed and yelled,
“NEVER!”
Julie asked, “What do we do now?”
“Since the snake won’t stop, we gotta strangle it then kill it. Cause if we don’t, peoples’ houses and the national monuments and the beautiful parks will all be destroyed. Many people will die.” explained Henry.
They found the snake next to a rock.
“Um Julie, a little help would ya? I fell in a mud pit,” he said while he chuckled.
“Oh great. Ugh,” she grunted. They started to chase it but it slithered up a tree. Henry and Julie both tried to reach it. The snake went higher and higher. They couldn’t reach it. Finally, after 20 minutes the snake came down.
Henry started to strangle the snake, and it tried to strangle Henry. Henry fought with all his might. “Uh,” he grunted, while he sucked in some air. Henry felt like the would just plot on the floor and lose the battle. The snake tried to bite Henry but he dodged the snake. It was like a wrestling match with Julie cheering in the background,
“Go Henry! Go Henry!” The snake tried to bite Henry and he did. When he bit Henry, he inserted some venom into his body.
The snake gave up and lost. Henry was tired but he pulled out a steel sword and stabbed the snake.
“Oh yeah!” Julie roared. Henry had won the battle.
“HOORAY!” yelled Henry. “HOORAY!” yelled Julie. “No more destruction or damage, but most of all, NO MORE SNAKE!” Henry and Julie happily said together.
It was morning and they returned home. They were very sleepy. They both flopped on the bed and fell asleep. Julie had some trouble falling asleep. Henry was snoring as loud as 10 pigs.
“SNORE!” Henry had an amazing dream because he was happy he had beat the snake.
The End
Epilogue
Henry was cured from the snake’s venom. He is now a hero and its all over the news that the snake is gone. Now everyone is glad there is no more damage or destruction and most of all, NO MORE SNAKE!
